Jeff Briggs has spent about a decade building high-performing engineering and technical sales teams.  With a positional range that features consistent hires for titles such as Controls Programmer up to VP of Engineering, his career path has put him in connection with a wide-ranging group of highly-capable and productive leaders across the country. The early days of his career were spent with a leading healthcare executive search firm in Chicago focused on research and database management, but ever since Jeff has been entrenched in technical recruiting, always on the lookout for the industry's next superstar.   After seeing a gap that he believed he could help fill, Silver Recruiting was born after spending 5 years with a boutique executive search firm (MRI) focused on Automation. Jeff is a published author on topics of "hiring" and "mindset" in Control Engineer magazine, as well as one of MRI Network's 2021 Pacesetter Award Winners given to top achievers at the organization. Jeff brings an authentic approach to every search he takes on and looks for similar traits in the candidates he networks with and ultimately presents to clients.
